The Local Hoot Show

My name is Maximum Martin. This show has come about due to many bands in the last 12 years breaking up, moving towns or sadly now, not with us. It is important to account for the vast abundance of talent around this city and so this is why the show is in place.

The Local Hoot Show is chosen by you and designed to bridge the towns music scenes with the university. Highlighting local bands and musicians as well as playing your requests. Our gig guide will feature Art exhibitions as well as local music events. The premise of the show is to sing for the underdog and inspire people to get out there, start bands, watch bands and of course do it yourself!
