FAQ

If you fancy getting involved in CSR, it's really simple. Email us: join@csrfm.com and state what area you think you are interested in. If you don't know yet, but are keen to tackle student and community radio, say that in your email and someone (probably our Student Media Manager Mel or Station Manager Ryan) will get in touch, give you a studio tour and have a chat to find out what suits you best. Or you can just fill in this form. Pretty simple.

There are endless opportunities available at CSR that don't always involve broadcasting to Canterbury and beyond. You can be part of our growing marketing team, run technical operations, help maintain and provide content for the website, run our innovative school and community projects and much more. We are always open to people making new suggestions as well. For more info on how you can get involved before actually putting pen to paper and becoming a gold-star CSR member, please email join@csrfm.com and we'll be able to point you in the right direction.

If you would like to submit music to CSR that is your own, your favourite band or a local suggestion, please get in touch with our Music department: music@csrfm.com

We welcome any kind of feedback you have for our presenters, producers and members of the station you have heard or seen out and about. Send us an email: comments@csrfm.com and somebody will be in touch (if required) as soon as they can to help out.

You can indeed. All the presenters have access to this email address when on air: studio@csrfm.com
If you fancy giving them a call or texting them instead it's 01227 258 258
Keeping up with the trends, we're on Facebook and Twitter as well - like and follow us and get in contact on there.
We are always asking for people to get in touch so feel free to contact us!

Afraid not. Everything is live for CSR. However, presenters do often put together their best bits and make podcasts, available on the podcast part of our site.

Currently, CSR broadcasts solely from the University of Kent's Canterbury campus. The good news is, our second studio will be up and running very soon and will be based on the main campus for Canterbury Christchurch University. This studio is designed with live sessions and speech content in mind and will help assist with more shows being recorded and the chance to play around and make awesome radio!

If you are a student in Canterbury, but not at Christ Church or the University of Kent, you are still more than welcome to become part of the station. Just get in touch: join@csrfm.com

If this is the case, please let us know. We regularly check to make sure everything is running smoothly, but if it isn't, please email our Head of Website - Gavin Blunt at : g.blunt@csrfm.com
